How do I use Batch Actions within Trip Center?

Batch Actions give users the ability to Resolve, Assign, or Comment on multiple Trip Assist issues simultaneously.   

To begin using Batch Actions, you can select multiple issues from the Open Issue List, My Issue List, or from an Issue Search, by holding down the CNTL key (or Command key on a Mac computer) and individually selecting the issues you want to work with.  To select a series of issues by clicking on the first issue you want to select the hold down the Shift key and select the last in the series which will select all issues between the two selected, plus the ones that were clicked on.  You can also select all visible issues by clicking on the ALL button at the top of the screen.

Once you have selected your issues and completed the action, a progress bar will be displayed along with a message to alert you of success or failures.
